RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance, custom, or limited-edition pieces) are not eligible for returns.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at contact@aodwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return label if applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after the item is received.
Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for a different size or style (if available). Simply let us know when you contact us.
